1. Who is responsible for your information
Cool Toys Trend is the English brand name of 酷玩潮. The store and project-enquiry service are operated by 济南酷玩潮网络信息有限公司 (English rendering for reference: Jinan Kuwanchao Network Information Co., Ltd.), based in Jinan, Shandong, China. In this notice, “Cool Toys Trend”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that operating company.
2. Information we collect
The information depends on how you use the site.
- Project enquiries: name, work email, phone if provided, company or organisation, destination, project type, intended use, quantity, timing, budget range, audience age group, rights status, reference links, project brief and referral source.
- Store activity: account details, order and delivery information, products viewed or purchased, returns, support messages and related transaction records.
- Payment information: payment details are handled by Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. We receive transaction status and information needed to manage an order, rather than full payment-card credentials.
- Device and usage information: IP-derived location, browser and device information, pages viewed, interactions, referral information and cookie or similar identifiers.
- Communications: messages and files that you choose to send by form, email, chat or another agreed channel.

Information entered into a private project brief is used to assess and respond to the enquiry. We do not intentionally send the content of form fields, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics as analytics parameters.

Our operating company is in China and our service providers and project partners may process information in other countries. When information is transferred across borders, the applicable provider and we use the contractual, technical or organisational measures available for the relevant service and location.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including project assessment, order fulfilment, support, security, accounting, tax, contractual and legal requirements. The period varies by record type and circumstances. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely restrict it where reasonably practicable.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. These rights are not absolute and lawful exceptions can apply.
