Refund policy

We want every order from Cool Toys Trend to arrive correctly and in good condition. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.

Returns

To request a return, email us with your order number, product name, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send items back before your return request is approved. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions by email.

Returned items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless the return is related to damage, missing parts, or another order issue.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the package, product, and affected parts. We will review the issue and explain the available solution.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

The fastest way to get a different item is to place a new order after your return request is resolved.
